Job Description
This position consists mainly (not limited too) keeping all cookware, tableware, glassware, and silverware clean. This is possible using the dish machine and physically scrubbing these items. The dishwasher should follow all procedures for proper cleanliness and sanitation of items, water levels, temperature levels, and adhering to all ServSafe protocols. They should stay busy by also stocking clean dishes on the line, cleaning the stock area, helping to unload/stock and product that gets delivered, take out trash and broken down boxes, and clean the kitchen and prep areas.
