Job Description
The boss, plain and simple. From the customers to the front of the house to the back of the house - you put yourself in everyone's shoes at all times (with no additional feet provided). You can tackle issues on the floor, make things happen in the kitchen, and transform a disgruntled customer into a vocal advocate. Your management skills are obvious, your restaurant experience is necessary, and your awesome attitude is the icing on the cake...that you could also sell if you were pushing deserts.

Responsibilities
- Directly supports the owner and general manager in day to day decisions of the business
- Manages all F&B day to day operations to ensure both a positive guest experience and the financial goals for the day are met
- Responds proactively to customer needs
- Handles the scheduling of employee’s training
- Coaches and issues disciplinary action to employees when needed
- Identifies when policies and procedures need to be implemented and works with the GM and owners to put them in place
- Provide daily feedback to all team members to create ownership in what they do and ensure continued growth and partnership.
- Assist the GM with conducting FOH team orientations, educating applicants on LP’s culture and expectations
- Assist the GM in directing the setting of pars for any items ordered for the restaurant
- Assist the GM with the completion of all FOH team evaluations in a timely manner.
- Ensure LP’s’ policies and procedures are upheld.
- Support and hold daily pre-shifts focused on food, beverage, cleanliness and safety.
- Manage and execute equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Train and ensure all team members maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards.
- Participates in weekly manager meetings by brining ideas and feedback to the table
