Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

WHO WE ARE
Daily Grinds is a Frisco-based family run business established in the fall of 2019. More important than what we are is who we are. When we set out to serve the local community, we were not sure how we would be able to. We just knew that we would work tirelessly to provide value to our local neighbors and not compromise quality. From this, Daily Grinds was founded. Our motto, “keep grinding!” embodies the persevering spirit of our friends in the Hall Park community where we are located and the surrounding neighborhoods. We understand the daily grind of work can take its toll, so, we are here to help everyone push through and keep grinding!

We take pride in our coffee, but we are so much more than just a coffee shop. Our goal as a scratch-kitchen is to produce everything in-house and control quality as much as we can. One example of our dedication to our craft is our signature croissant which is laminated, proofed, and freshly baked in-house each morning. You may come for the coffee, but you will certainly stay for the grub! We will continue to maintain quality by experimenting with new recipes and sharing them on the menu seasonally while keeping your favorite staple items.
