As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Dapple Bar + Kitchen is the newest concept in Palmetto Bay from the owner of Pubgrill. The inspiration for Dapple came from the need to bring something unique, on-trend, and tasty to the Palmetto Bay area. The name Dapple was inspired by the owner’s Dapple Dachshund, Luna. Dapple means a spot or speck of color or light, which Dapple aspires to be for the area. Dapple is a Modern American Kitchen with a Myron Mixon smoker. Executive Victor J. Santos & Andre Martinez bring a BBQ, Asian and Latin fusion to the menu. Lead Bartender Nick Ferro brings an extensive knowledge of craft cocktails and bold creativity. General manager Tina Mazejka leads the hospitality team. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and trendy. Dapple is a family owned restaurant providing a family friendly environment.
