Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

Don Camillo Tuscan Grill in Hickory Creek, TX is a family owned Italian restaurant specializing in wood oven pizza and homemade Italian cuisine. Owner Hamid Parivash, received a Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Business in 1984 from Austria. He has been in the restaurant business for over twenty years, learning the business from the ground up. Prior to moving to the United States in 2001 Hamid owned and managed an Italian restaurant (Don Camillo) in Austria, from 1987 to 1997. He started Don Camillo in Austria with his Father and Mother. After selling his restaurant he moved to Spain and owned and managed another Italian restaurant from 1997 to 2001. He is now proud to own a restaurant in Corinth Texas.
