Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

The menu features authentic Italian dishes such as salads, pastas, meat entrees, and, last but not least, Puck’s signature artisan pizzas. The restaurant offers a full bar featuring hand-crafted cocktails, draft and bottled beers, and selected wines. Travelers can enjoy a meal via sit-down service or from the grab-and-go station.
Chef Wolfgang Puck not only has a portfolio of international fine dining and casual restaurants, but has been featured as a guest and judge on a variety of cooking shows such as Top Chef, The Next Food Network Star, Hell’s Kitchen and more.
