Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Originally open from 2004 thru 2011, the Moon Bar is one of Fort Worth's most celebrated live music venues and one of America's premier college bars (as seen inside the pages of Maxim, Playboy, & The Skiff). Having hosted hundreds of national touring bands & some of the best music acts in North Texas, the Moon was known for it's stiff drinks and awesome mix of music -- as well as it's diverse, beautiful, and funky Fort Worth crowd.
