Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.

Once upon a watermelon jalapeno cocktail, two women dreamt aloud about their passions for coffee and juice. Soon after, they joined their Pinterest board forces and formed a LLC. Before long, A Squeeze & Drip Company was born, thus bringing you Boca’s first specialty coffee shop and juice bar. The Seed.
Locally roasted specialty coffee. Local, raw, and seasonal juices and smoothies. A place where everyone is glad to see you. A place where everyone just wants something a little bit better for one another. A cozy place, a new or familiar face, an inspiring space. Within our four walls, we aren’t inventing something new, we’re just trying to give you an experience that is a little more unique and lot more inviting.
