Job Description
As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accommodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude

It all began back in 1990, when Pearland had only one high school and O’Day Rd pushed the city limits. Struggling to provide for a family of five, Simon and Mary Zavala invested their life savings to start a family business that catered to the spirit of the hard-working people of the community….and thus, Juanito’s Mexican Restaurant was born. Word spread fast about our uniquely flavorful Mexican cuisine and our passion and commitment to quality service. It didn't take long before friends and neighbors asked for the recipe to our signature hot sauce and green sauce – a secret that is well guarded to this day.
Today, Juanito’s remains a central figure of the Pearland landscape as we have been serving the community for over the past 24 years. The warm atmosphere and family-focused attitude is the benchmark of our success and remains the focal point of our commitment and beliefs.
