Job Description
A Kura Sushi Server is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at Kura Sushi. Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
Responsibilities
- Our Servers must be able to:
- Greet all customers warmly
- Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
- Respond to additional customer inquiries; observing the dining process
- Bus and clean tables
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for long periods of time
- Get along with others
- Perform duties in a restricted space
- Lift items up to 30lbs.
- Other tasks as assigned

Since the opening of its first restaurant in 1977, our parent company, Kura Corporation and Kura Sushi USA have grown to over 400 locations across Japan, Taiwan, and the United States.
