Job Description

We are seeking a Hybrid Server/Barback to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations both in the bar and on the floor. This position requires someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking. You’ll be responsible for supporting our bartenders, managing table service, and keeping the environment clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, glassware, and kegs as needed.
• Bus tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar and dining areas.
• Run drinks from QR table orders and take table orders when needed.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure that the bar and service areas are always well-stocked and clean.
• Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a barback or server role is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies, including kegs and glassware.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a busy setting.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
