Job Description
As a server, you truly care about providing a memorable and hospitable experience. You are welcoming and accomodating with the ability to educate our patrons and guide their experience to create lasting memories. You have a desire to expand your knowledge of our offerings and be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate. You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Our Story starts from humble beginnings... Our childhood started amongst the beauty of Albania, specially Kosovo... and all of its Balkan splendor. The beauty of the mountains that surrounded us, the aromas of the Mediterranean and the slowed-cooked foods that have known and tasted in our childhood, passes on through the generations have always resonated with us and we knew that we needed to bring our love and passion of food to the states. We, (Noti and Ati), are lifelong friends. We both found ourselves among the bustling city of New York and the Hamptons and we continue to add to our journey... We have always had an affinity for Italian food (they are our neighbors after all). The foods of the Mediterranean and the culture of family around us has never been far from our hearts. We both worked and gained much of our love restaurants working and owning our own restaurants in this part of the world and owe much of what we know and experienced from both the people and foods that we were allowed to create.
