Pay: $17.00-19.00 an hour

The Shift Supervisor of Yumilicous & Nathans Famous Hot Dogs will work alongside associates to provide guests a wonderful experience at our store! Our shift supervisor will work hands on with a variety of fro-yo, coffees, boba teas and a limited menu of food items.

Candidates with leadership skills, food safety certifications, supervisor/management experience, dependability and strong work ethic are a good fit for this position.

This job entails the following requirements

• Ability to work on your feet for several hours a day

• Maintaining an overall management style that returns successful results in store performance

•Providing leadership and direction to all employees

•Ensuring food and drink quality and availability

•Working closely with the store manager to lead staff

• Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed

•Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission

•Maintaining store to standards, including stocking and cleaning

•Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently

•Supporting store manager as needed

•Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and delegate duties to be accomplished during that shift
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
• Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
• Respond to customer complaints
• Assist in managing team member schedules
• Ensure quality control and assist in inventory management
