Job Description
As the sushi chef or roll man you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals.
Responsibilities
- Sushi chef or roll man must be available to make sushi rolls. Beginners must follow the instructions from chefs to learn how to make a sushi rice and rolls.
