Chick-fil-A Camp Wisdom & 360 (Front of House or Kitchen Team Member)
Strong Camp Wisdom & 360 Candidates:
We are looking for individuals who want to make people better while growing and being developed for their future.
Responsibilities:
Make People Better. Serving guests by taking their orders following our operating procedures. Prepare guest orders. Cleaning and organizing. Demonstrate CORE 4, communicate clearly and cheerfully to guests and team members, and work in a team environment.
Must be able to bend, kneel, sit and squat. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and stand for the duration of your shifts. Be able to work outside in all weather (equipment provided) to serve guests.

Availability:
Looking for full-time availability:
4 to 5 days weekly
Monday - Saturday (possible working hours vary from 5:00 am -11:00 pm)
Looking for part-time availability:
3 to 4 days weekly
Monday – Saturday (Day Shifts must be available by 8:00 am / Night Shifts must be available by 4:00 pm)
Friday and/or Saturday availability preferred

Cathy always had a heart for young people. For fifty years he taught thirteen-year-old boys in his church and became a mentor to dozens of them. And though he did not have direct contact with all of those restaurant team members in his restaurants, his influence in selecting and coaching his local restaurant owners created an atmosphere where people truly enjoyed working – and learned strong work habits and positive attitudes.
“They will be adults in the business world,” Cathy wrote in his book Eat Mor Chikin: Inspire More People. “Even when they’re not with Chick-fil-A, we want them to have fond memories of having worked for us.”
