Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items

Fillings include chicken verde, beef barbacoa, BBQ pulled pork and vegetarian options. Unique signature items include fresh fruit Limonada drinks and Chimayo Market Corn made with roasted corn, red chile sauce and cheese. No meal is complete without a sweet twist of Dulce de Leche soft serve frozen custard. Little Loco specials are available for the kiddos.
