Job Description

An ideal Golden Chick Team Member will be friendly, thorough, and fast. Your job will be to work with your team to contribute to the efficient operation of the store during your shift. You will be required to learn each position including fry cook, food packer, and cashier. Based on the needs of the store, you should be able to efficiently perform any function required. You are also expected to be reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)

· Management experience

· 5+ years’ experience in the Food Service Industry

Starting Wage: $12-$15 per hour (pay is commensurate to experience, training, and required certifications)

Hours per week: 30-40; overtime may be available some weeks but is typically discouraged.

We are hiring for morning shifts (9am-4pm), night shifts (4pm-10m), and mid-shifts (12pm-9pm).

Wages will increase incrementally after successful completion of training. Training period will last for the first 30 shifts. Pay raises will be given based on the amount of time you work at the store and the value that you contribute. At Golden Chick, hard work pays. Starting the job with a Food Manager’s License and learning all three positions will also make you an ideal candidate for promotion to management positions when they become available.

Responsibilities

• · Have Excellent Customer Service Skills
• · Have 3+ years’ experience in the food service industry
