Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items

We provide Austin-area coffee shops, grocery stores, food trailers and cafés with fresh products, while the walk-up window, opened in March 2014, serves the neighborhood locals breakfast and lunch.
Rockstar Bagels is known for our traditional New York-style bagels: fermented, boiled and freshly baked 7 days a week. We’re a walk-up window with no eat-in options, however our patio is known to be a great hangout spot for local pups!
