Job Description
We are looking for skilled bartenders with a passion for hospitality. Our bartenders enjoy flexible schedules with earnings potential of $25-35 per hour making $2.13 plus tips.
Bartenders provide fast, thorough, consistent service by making all our guests feel they are the most important person in the room. You have mastered the skills of being a server and your ability to multi-task makes you an asset to provide the best products and service to our guests.

- Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Restaurant experience
- Possess a current food handlers and TABC certificate
- Positive attitude and team player mentality","Greet and provide excellent customer service to our bar guests
- Possess menu knowledge and be able to guide the guest throughout the dining experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into POS system
- Work quickly and efficiently to take care of our guests and make drinks for service well
- Prepare mixes, drinks and garnishes to Lupe specs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar
- Deliver checks and collect payment

The first Lupe Tortilla opened during 1983 in Addicks, Texas. From the beginning our goal has been to serve the freshest, best tasting Mexican food possible.
It is our honor to have you here today to experience for yourself our unique style of Mexican food. We use only the finest & freshest ingredients and all our food is made fresh when you order. We hand roll each of our flour tortillas one-at-a-time. We squeeze fresh limes daily to make our margaritas, just as we did the day we opened almost 30 years ago.
We are known for our distinctive lime, pepper marinated beef fajitas. If this is your first time at Lupe’s we recommend you try our beef fajitas topped with our bacon wrapped pepper shrimp.
